About Psi Deuteron

Alpha Epsilon Pi's Psi Deuteron chapter is extremely rich in tradition and is one of the finest chapters at the University. Founded at UTK in 1949, the Psi Deuteron chapter has generations of brothers. Famous AEPi alumni included Jerry Reinsdorf, owner of the Chicago Bulls and Chicago White Sox; Jack Stahl, former President of Coca-Cola; actors Dean Martin and Gene Wilder; Mark Zuckerberg, founder of Facebook; musician Paul Simon; CNN news anchor Wolf Blitzer and Omicron alumni Steve Koonin who is the current CEO of the Atlanta Hawks.
AEPi stresses all aspects of fraternity life including academics, philanthropy, campus involvement, athletics, and social life. The Brothers of Psi Deuteron consider academic excellence imperative to college life and have the highest small-chapter GPA in the Interfraternity Council. Furthermore, individuals in AEPi and the organization as a whole regularly contribute to University efforts through Airforce ROTC, Pride of the Southland Band, Relay for Life, Haslam College of Business Management Society, and National Association of Black Accountants.
